Which of your inflatables can be used indoors ?

As long as your ceiling is high enough, you can hire any of them!

Are your inflatables safety tested and are you insured?

Absolutely! All of our inflatables are made to the BSEN14960 standard and are safety tested and PIPA tagged for your peace of mind. We hold 5 million pounds of Public Liability Insurance. We clean all of our castles before every hire.

Can we book for overnight hire?

We wish you could. Unfortunately our insurance does not cover overnight hires.

Can I please have an inflatable, Games or Soft Play in my garden ?

Sorry no, we no longer do garden hires bt are more than happy to do venues if on the ground floor.

What about rain?

As we now only do indoor hires rain and strong winds are no longer a problem.

We want to have face paints at our party; can the children use your inflatables afterwards?

Go for it! Face paints are great fun and we don’t want to spoil your party. Please do use the water based type paints though; others can mark the PVC and we do have to charge if extra cleaning is required. We DO NOT ALLOW THE USE OF GLITTER OR GLITTER TATTOOS ON OR NEAR ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT.

What happens when you arrive?

We will need to position the inflatable where it won't bloke any Fire Exits or block access to toilets etc.

How much space do I need?

The bouncy castle hire sizes are listed with each castle on their page. Take the size and add at least a couple of feet each side of the inflatable and a good 6-foot at the front and back.

How do I pay and do I have to pay a deposit?

All bookings must pay a deposit with the balance due cash on arrival.

Do you charge for delivery? Are there any other extras to pay?

We deliver free to Southport, Halsall, Haskayne, Ormskirk, Aughton, Tarleton, Banks, Burscough, Hesketh Bank and Rufford, anywhere further afield will incur a small charge for fuel!

When do I pay the balance ?

The balance can be paid cash on arrival, if you wish to pay in advance please contact us and we can arrange this via bank transfer.

Can you or can you personalise the soft play with vinyl stickers ?

No, unfortunately not, not only can they damage the pvc but the HSE have deemed these a possible chocking hazard so on the grounds of safety we don't allow this

When we deliver, we will talk you through a safety sheet and any hire specific information. We will then need you to sign a disclaimer. Please have ready two forms of ID (one of which must be photographic).
