Please read these carefully. By booking with Boomerang Bouncy Castle Hire you accept the terms and conditions as listed below. Boomerang Bouncy Castle hire accept no responsibility for damage or injury whilst are equipment is under hire to you.
Please ensure the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the castle at your venue. Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or unsuitable surface (sloping or unclean) full payment must still be made.
Boomerang Bouncy Castle hire or the hirer reserve the right to cancel at any time due to bad weather before the delivery is made without charge, if booking is cancelled when we try and deliver full payment must be made.
You (the hirer) are responsible for injury and damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire to you and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of bouncy castles whilst it is on hire to you. Any damage (no matter how small) or any loss of equipment must be paid for by you (the hirer) within 7 days.
The driver must be paid on arrival before any equipment is erected and you must ensure that adequate adult supervision at ALL TIMES. The castle must never be left unattended. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung from the castle as this can cause damage. Water fights are fun but do not spray water near the castle or electric blower. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the castle to avoid the risk of choking and mess. Face Paints, Glitter Tattoos, Party Poppers, Silly String or Confetti must not be used near the castle as this can damage the pvc and all damage no matter how small must be paid by you (the hirer).
Soft play is for children under five years of age, older children must not be allowed on the Soft Play equipment.
Colouring tables are fun for younger children but sadly as we've had damage to our equipment from pencils, crayons and biro we must ask that they not be used. As the hirer you are responsible for any damage not matter how small and any costs including replacement must be paid by you within seven (7) days. This includes any loss of business whilst waiting for replacement equipment.
No pets on or near the castle. No Smoking or Barbeques near the castle.
Any child taller than the inside wall of the castle is not permitted to use it for safety reasons. Under no circumstances should adults enter onto the castle as this may result in damage, unless stated that it is for adult use.
Children must remove their shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges and any sharp objects before using the castles and must be stopped from climbing the walls of the castle. Always ensure the bouncy castle is not overcrowded and children are not doing somersaults, pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner that may cause injury or distress to others.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable resulting in injury. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off the castle. Ensure no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the bouncy castle or a child that is feeling unwell.
Do not allow anyone to be on the castle whilst inflating or deflation as this can cause injury and damage.
Ensure that an area of 4 feet is clear to the sides and 6 feet to the front and rear.
Please note requested deposits must be paid within 24 hours and are not refundable. All indoor booking are required to pay a deposit.

ONLY the delivery driver from Boomerang Bouncy Castle Hire is authorised to collect the bouncy Castle and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than the delivery driver.

Please Note Boomerang Bouncy Castle Hire reserve the right to cancel a booking if the sited area is deemed to be unsafe or too small for the castle booked and full payment will still be required.

If you make payment either in part or full and we have to cancel due to incorrect surface or location the payment will be refunded minus 10% admin fee.
