Quality & Safety

Since we first opened in 2010 we have ensured that any and all equipment we offer for hire has been of the highest quality and always cleaned after ever hire, afterall you don't want the remains of someone elses party arriving at yours.
For Bouncy Castle hire in Southport we are happy to now provide 34 different themes and sizes all of which are made to the current standard of BSEN 14960 2019 and are tested by a registered inspector and are PIPA tagged so you as the customer can check on the validity of the safety certificate. By going onto the product description and suitability it shows a link to the current test certificate together with inflatable sizes.
The Health and Safety Executive currently only endorse PIPA and Adips as safety related registration and testings schemes. Adips are more for the Fairground industry while PIPA covers most inflatables. Hiring from a company who use either PIPA or Adips shows that the company take the safety of your children seriously.
Whether you're looking for bouncy castle hire in Southport or Preston or Soft Play hire in Formby and Tarleton we are certain you won't find better than the products we have to hire. We've all bought cheap when we start but then realise the old adage of buy cheap buy twice and then again you need to replace sooner than you would like. It's taken several years but we have the best suppliers who believe as we do that quality and safety sewn in is as important as design and durability.
Recent events have also shown the need for regular cleaning. We have always cleaned all hire equipment after use and it's become a bit of OCD on our part as even the ball pool balls are cleaned and sanitised after every use and then dried by hand (we don't like water marks) so you can be happy in the knowledge than when your little ones picked them up they are as clean as they can be.
Safety at home is also an important issue to mention, not many people realise that we are unable to erect bouncy castles or slides if the forecast windspeed is due to go above 24mph gusts, while some are prepared to take the chance we always have and always will air on the side of caution and never erect if the forecast states bad weather. The same applies for heavy and persistant rain, even with a shower cover no castle will ever be fully waterproof and the pvc can be extremely slippy when wet. Anchoring down using pegs is also a must, therefore we will not erect on flags, tarmac, astro or artificial grass, again we haev seen instances where a sand bag or two has been used instead of castle pegs, the HSE state that for safe anchoring outdoor 163kg must be used per anchor point, and as there is a minimum of six anchor points that is almost a ton of ballast. If you do not have a grassed area then consider hiring a hall, no one wants to see accidents at Birthday Parties or Family gatherings.
